Hebat was the **Hurrian-Hittite sun-goddess and queen of heaven** — wife of the storm-god Teshub. **The principal goddess of the Hittite state pantheon**, depicted standing on her sacred lion. **Puduhepa called herself "servant of Hebat"** and Hebat appears prominently in the great rock-cut sanctuary of Yazılıkaya outside Hattusa. **Possibly the etymological ancestor of the name Eve via Hurrian-Aramaic transmission.**
Featured at the Yazılıkaya rock sanctuary and in Hittite cuneiform tablets.
Hebat reduces to eight — the number of Hittite queen of heaven.
