Sempronia is the Latin feminine of Sempronius. **Sempronia (1st c. BCE)** was the educated Roman noblewoman of the Catiline conspiracy — described by **Sallust** as a woman of education, wit, and ill repute who had "learning beyond a Roman matron." Sister of the Gracchi.
