Hammoleketh (הַמֹּלֶכֶת) means literally "the queen" or "the ruler" in Hebrew. In 1 Chronicles 7:18, Hammoleketh was the sister of Gilead, **the only Israelite woman in the Bible whose name is the title "the queen"** — suggesting she may have wielded extraordinary political authority among the tribe of Manasseh.
Rare but iconic in biblical scholarship.
Hammoleketh reduces to one — the number of biblical queen.
